Strategic Management Team

As Lead Pastor, Paul serves to connect people to Christ through their life at Impact Church.  Whether it's through volunteering, outreach, becoming an Impactor, discipleship, administering the sacraments, or just caring for the people, Paul helps people discover and develop their gifts so they can be deployed to do the work of serving in the kingdom.  Paul has enjoyed and been fulfilled in ministry at Impact since 2017. He and his wife Yvette enjoy the six sons God has entrusted to them.

Pastor Sheila B. Bates, M.DIV. is an accomplished and energetic Pastor with a history of achieving growth, through strategic planning, innovative leadership, discipleship, and faith development.

She brings significant cross-cultural experience with leadership development and the ability to grow communities and intergenerational connections to Impact. Passion for theologically engaging mission, ministry, and vision through the lens of discipleship, community development, and church growth.

Rev. Angela “Angie” Johnson received her Master of Divinity from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Spelman College. Originally from New York City, she has resided in Atlanta, GA. for close to 30 years. Rev. Johnson, known to her congregants as “Pastor Angie,” is the mother of two amazing sons, Johari and Ayinde.

Rev. Johnson identifies as a HEALER, facilitating healing and personal discovery through dialogue, reflection, and community building. As a Provisional Elder in the United Methodist Church, she served as Associate Pastor of Central UMC. She was ordained an Elder in Full Connection in the North Georgia Conference of the United Methodist Church in June 2023.

As Care Pastor, Eddie's primary responsibility is to provide pastoral care to persons in need within Impact Church and the community through prayer, presence, and access to resources. Eddie’s focus is to offer a peaceful, loving, God-led presence and prayer while accompanying individuals through their life changes. He’s favorite scripture and standard, for which he finds strength, is Mark 11:24.

Ready. Set. Dream. Proceed! Meet Erica Mills, Production Director and Co-creator of the Impact Worship Experience. With an industrious passion for music, directing, producing and video producion, Erica is an Emmy-Award winning video editor who consistently strives to bridge the gap between ideation and creative execution. Creativity and innovation involve risks, but Erica believes "when you leap, the net will appear." Ready. Set Dream. Proceed!

As the facilities director Robert is responsible for managing the upkeep our entire campus grounds and buildings as well as health and safety standards. He is always delighted to arrange campus tours and share Impact’s vision with everyone who visits.

As the Children's Ministry Director, Cindy McNeil is responsible for leading the entire children’s ministry to ensure a smoothly operating, safe and effective program. Cindy recruits and trains leaders who touch children’s lives with God’s love, teach them God’s Word and provide fellowship with God’s people - laying a foundation that will keep children interested in the things of God and involved in church fellowship for a lifetime.

As NxT-G Pastor, Marissa is committed to the building and edifying of God's kingdom through holistic care of children, youth, young adults, parents, and leaders. She is passionate about promoting their spiritual and personal growth while ensuring that they are surrounded by an authentic, loving, and supportive community. Marissa truly believes that the "next" generation is the generation of now and strives to embrace, engage, and encourage young people in a way that communicates their capacity to make an impact in the present.
